The signature required for revoking the power of attorney includes:
- All the owners of the application.
- The individuals in an organization that have the authority to sign on behalf of the organization, such as the President or an officer.
- The registered practitioner.
- An assignee.
A patent attorney or agent cannot sign an oath under any circumstances.
