Many of the questions on the patent bar exam cover topics that are predictable. Some of the hot topics tested on the patent bar exam time and time again are presented here in alphabetical order along with the MPEP Chapter Heading to help you refer to them quickly.
Please make sure you don't rely on this list too heavily. Ideally, you will review each chapter of the Guidebooks along with the frequency charts there and all the workbook quizzes before you ever take a look at this section.
This tool will help you as a final review of the Guidebooks before you move on and may get you a couple of extra points on the exam. Please do not use it as a short cut instead of taking the time to become fully prepared for the exam.
