If your Internet connection times out while you're taking a quiz, your score will not post. If you leave the quiz window open for hours and come back to it, your score may not post. If for any reason your score does not post, you cannot re-open the quiz and re-send the score. Workbook Quiz Strategy

Please attempt all the quizzes. These questions are all unique and not like what you're going to see on exam day, but they will help you learn and retain the material. This type of interactive study process is far more effective than simply watching or listening to lectures.

After offering our patent bar review course since 2001 and speaking with clients who have not passed the patent bar the first time, ALL OF THE clients we surveyed stated they did not try the Workbook Quizzes.

It's much less likely for someone who completes our program like we suggest to fail the exam. Please make sure to work through these quizzes and your chances of success will be significantly higher.
