Strategy

Please be aware that you will see many new questions on your exam. The PTO is constantly creating new questions for the Patent Bar exam. Therefore there is no way to avoid this which is why we encourage you to learn the material through our Guidebook + Workbook quiz system.

Taking practice exams will help you see the question style as well as further help you learn the material. While you will see many of these exact questions or very similar questions on the exam, you will still see many new questions too. You must learn the material in order to pass, memorizing questions is not enough to get a passing score.
