1869 Notification to International Bureau of Demand

MPEP SECTION SUMMARY

The International Preliminary Examining Authority promptly notifies the International Bureau and the applicant of the filing of any Demand. The International Bureau in turn notifies each elected Office of their election and also notifies the applicant that such notification has been made.

 

PCT Article 31. Demand for International Preliminary Examination
